By: Colin BryantRiders of velomobiles, recumbent ("lay down") bicycles and tricycles (and friends).  From John Hendry park (Trout Lake), along the BC Parkway to Deer Lake Beach (approx. 50 min./10km), then to Burnaby Lake Rowing Centre (20 min/4km), returning via the Central Valley Greenway (40min/10km).  We'll hang out for 15-20 minutes, in each location, to talk "bent".
