Come eat a plate of delicious pancakes while drawing on placemats and listening to your friends play folk music. Gluten-free and vegan options, all organic, tasty homemade toppings (like yogurt, blueberry jam, apple butter - mm!).

Make sure to come early as we will only take the first 40 orders we get this Sunday, whether those folks are Velopalooza riders or not. It's a small operation and that's all we can handle! Also know that coming right at the beginning doesn't guarantee you'll eat quickly - we'll do our best, but we've just got a few burners and pancakes take some time to reach perfection. Sorry!

$7-10 sliding scale for a short stack, coffee or tea, and all the toppings you can eat!
