By: Escape Velocity Cycling ClubTake your race training skills to the next level with Escape Velocity's Training 2 Train" ride sessions.

In this course: Improve your fitness, your power on the bike with practice, and on the bike training with coach Barb Z Morris, on how to train for speed and stamina. This will be a moderate to hard session, for new and moderately skilled bike riders. If you have never ‘trained’ before, this is for you!

Training 2 Train Clinic Dates: June 18, July 16, August 13

CLINIC NEED-TO-KNOWS

- Each clinic in the Learn to Ride Series (Basics, Cornering, Hills, or Training) runs 3x, for a total of 12 sessions

- All sessions start at Bicycle Sports Pacific (999 Pacific St.)

- All sessions will take place on Sundays at 9:30am
