By: Grace KwokThe Canadian Mental Health Association is hosting its annual community bike ride, Shoppers Drug Mart Ride Don’t Hide, on Sunday June 23rd, 2013.  The event is a provincial campaign, taking place in 13 cities throughout British Columbia.  The goal of the ride is to build awareness and acceptance of those living with mental illness, as well as raise funds to support the programs and services for women and their families.
The Greater Vancouver ride will be taking place at 8:30am at Swangard Stadium in Burnaby.  Participants can choose to ride a route length of either 10km, 20km or 60km. After the scenic ride through the Vancouver and Richmond area, the event will feature on site activities such as a BBQ, fun entertainment and live music.

Registration Fee: $35.
