Earth Day Bike Ride through East Van

From the corner of Heatley Avenue at Alexander Street, we'll ride together through East Van, stopping along the way to poster environmental messages where we can, and end with a Potluck at New Brighton Park.

Route:
- Meet at Heatley Avenue and Alexander Street (Port expansion significance) and continue East on Alexander and follow it round to the Powell Street bike overpass.
- Come off of the overpass and ride straight east along Powell, past Victoria Drive and the Princeton Hotel.
- When the road forks, go left along Wall Street until you swoop under the concrete overpass into the park.
If you'd rather just meet us at New Brighton for the Potluck, that's great too! The bike group should arrive by 330PM.
