By: Travis PawlakSummer Bike Camp aims to inspire a love of cycling in young people and to create a wider interest in and awareness of safe cycling and active transportation in our neighbourhoods and schools. Bike Camps are about the autonomy of an adventure on two wheels.

In-City Bike Camps are day-long cycling camps. Our home base will be Kickstand Cycling Resource Centre on Commercial Dr. http://eastvankickstand.org/. Participants are invited to immerse themselves in cycling culture and fully develop their bike handling and navigational skills. Once participants have completed the bike safety rodeo we will have fun cycling to different parks and beaches. Trips will be planned to suit all skill levels. Riding experience is advised but not necessary!
