The ride is suitable for all abilities and all modes of micromobility. Experienced bike commuters, newbies, wannabee/maybes, friends and family are welcome.

We will be joined by Richard Campbell, Active Transportation Consultant and original visionary of the CVG! Richard will share insider history and trivia along the way. AND we will pause at the HUB Celebration Station at CVG/Gilmore (Home Despot parking lot) from 7:45 to 8:10 for free snacks, coffee, muffins, and giveaways.

Optional homeward-bound ride leaves Shadbolt Centre at 5:15, to experience the spanking new Deer Lake Overpass.
