By: Eddie RothschildWe will be riding from Kits Beach to the Capilano River - riding over the Burrard Bridge, through Stanley Park and over the Lion's Gate to Ambleside Park, where we will meet members of the Vancouver Kayak Club. We will ride up to the hatchery, where new boaters that have already practiced rolling can work on their moving-water skills (VKC membership required) while experienced boaters have the choice of helping out with training or running the river and non-paddlers can watch the entry rapids, tour the hatchery and walk along the riverside trails. Extra boats and gear may be available.
