By: Kids for Climate ActionOn August 25th, we are holding a ride from the Scott Road Skytrain station to the Legislature in Victoria called the Ride for Our Future.  It's a youth-organized ride for British Columbians of all ages. Participants from the island will be joining us along the way, meeting us at the Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal. The event will culminate with a rally at the Legislature. People from across BC will be joining together, by participating in the ride, and by showing support by growing our petition, in order to deliver a strong message to our provincial government that we care about our future and the role they play in protecting it.

We are looking to have cyclist of all skill levels join us on this ride! Registration is open (and free!) at http://rideforourfuture.ca/register.html! With regards to transportation, everyone is responsible for their own ferry fare, and we will be offering bicycle transportation back to Vancouver for a (very!) small fee. We will then take public transit back as a group.
