By: Charlotte HerstLoosen your legs, hips, back and shoulders in this workshop lovingly designed for cyclists! Charlotte will guide you toward better riding alignment, and teach you how to relieve angry lower backs, shell-shocked hips, irate thighs, wandering kneecaps and stringy hamstrings.

Charlotte Herst (200hr + 250hr Anusara + 80hr Hot RYT) sings with the Vancouver Cantata Singers and enjoys riding (doing yoga on) her bike, geeking out over Shakespeare, wearing skirts and eating blackcurrants.
