By: MECLike to ride? So do we! Come join us Sunday mornings for a free group ride. Rides are open to all cyclists with road bikes who can maintain a minimum speed of 20km/hr and are comfortable riding in traffic.

Typical rides will be 2-3 hrs. No-drop rides = No rider left behind.

Rider Gear Requirements:
Approved helmet
Front and rear lights
Spare tube or patch kit
Pump or CO2 inflator
Multitool or allen key set
Water bottle/Snack
Appropriate clothing for the weather
