It's north van so a few steeper bits but we'll take them slowly and mindfully. Visiting some gardens and natural spaces along the route to stop and 'be' for a while.
Bring a cushion and/or something to sit on for comfort for when we stop. Around 8.7/9 kms. Meet 6.00pm, depart 6.15pm sharp. Free.
